Nestled on the scenic Niagara Escarpment, the Ball's Falls Historical Church accommodates up to 110 guests. The interior of this restored chapel features warm wood-tones: both rustic and elegant. The chapel is heated to provide year-round access and the site has ample parking for guests. Rehearsals can be arranged and reception facilities are also available. With convenient highway access, this area is the perfect storybook setting for your special day... and a photographer's dream.

Outdoor Wedding Photography

Wedding Photos can be taken at Ball's Falls on the south (main entrance) side of the park only. The north section and area around the heritage buildings is reserved for on-site weddings that have booked the facilities. The NPCA does not book wedding photography. It is available on a first-come-first served basis, and is not allowed during NPCA special events. Regular Conservation Area admission fees apply.

Historical Church

The Church seats a maximum of 110 guests.

A pump organ is available for your use at no extra cost. You must arrange your own organist (contacts available). Other instruments may be used by your arrangement.

Parking and access to the park is free for your guests. Simply have your guests give the bride or groom’s name to the gatekeeper on duty.

Photos are allowed on the grounds. No photos are allowed inside the other heritage buildings, only in the church.

The church must be decorated during your rental time allotted, since other weddings may be booked before and/or after your wedding.

Centre for Conservation
Multi Purpose Room

The Multi Purpose Room (MPR) seats 120 guests (including wedding party) at round tables, or 150 guests (including wedding party) at rectangular tables.

All catering arrangements and decorating is the responsibility of the bride and groom.

If alcohol is to be served, you must obtain a Special Occasion Permit, Party Alcohol Liability Insurance, and provide SmartServe certified bartenders.

Free parking is provided for your guests.

The Big Barn

The Barn seats a maximum of 190 guests (including wedding party).

Wooden tables and white plastic chairs are provided.

All catering arrangements and decorating is the responsibility of the bride and groom.

If alcohol is to be served, you must obtain a Special Occasion Permit, Party Alcohol Liability Insurance, and provide SmartServe certified bartenders.

Free parking is provided for your guests.

Hours of Rental: 9am-1am

Booking Fees

To confirm your date, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required per facility being rented. The balance must be paid 60 days prior to your wedding day.
A security deposit also applies.
(Fees do not include LLBO Special Occasion Permit.)

Rehearsals

The church is available for a 45-minute rehearsal in the week leading up to your wedding. Please call to arrange that time. Please note that wedding ceremonies will take priority over rehearsal times.
