Binbrook Tract was purchased in 1969 to preserve those stands of trees contained within the boundary. A diversity of tree species exists at this location. For example, soft maple, white oak, red oak, white ash, and hard maple occupy most of the forest floor. This area is maintained by the conservation authority however at present this area is used as a wildlife refuge are and there is no public access.
